First Capital v. Vahabzadeh

First Capital v. Vahabzadeh, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York. Represented creditors holding a total of $8 million in claims in successfully objecting to the discharge of a debtor who had filed for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. At a 21-day trial involving 17 witnesses, established 15 bankruptcy frauds, including fraudulent conveyances, falsified schedules and perjury at a creditor’s meeting.
